The monthly rental includes Business rates, heating, lighting, power, water, gas, 24-hour access, sorting & distribution of daily mail, daily cleaning, car parking, on-site maintenance, security & fire alarm systems, hot & cold refreshments, DDA Part III compliant W.C & Kitchenette facilities, wheelchair lift & building insurance. In addition to this, our clients receive full use of our reception services where our professionally trained staff will answer telephone calls and greet all visitors before announcing their arrival.
Our standard terms are based on an easy-in / easy-out monthly licence, and any business wishing to increase or decrease their office space can do so very quickly, without any inconvenience to their day-to-day working practices. The option of a longer-term agreement is also available upon request.
Any additional services such as outgoing telephone calls, franking of mail, photocopying etc is charged on an as used basis with a small handling charge. Clients are more than welcome to install their own telephone lines/system should they wish.
Access to the Internet is provided using our 2Mb ADSL wireless facility at no additional cost. This provides every user with the flexibility to access the Internet from anywhere in the centre for general emailing and browsing. As with the telephones, clients are welcome to install their own broadband connection if required.
